Our team
Duorama was born from a professional encounter and
friendly relationship between Clara Molinier and Valentine Roy

Clara Molinier
Associate lawyer
Clara Molinier advises and represents clients in litigation, particularly on issues related to trademarks, copyright and related rights, as well as personal data protection, unfair competition, and passing off. She advises a diverse clientele, both French and international, including music companies, cultural startups, digital platforms, and more.
Holding two Master 2 degrees from the University of Paris-Panthéon-Assas (General Private Law and Literary, Artistic and Industrial Property Law), Clara also obtained a Diploma in Legal Studies from the University of Oxford.
Before co-founding Duorama, Clara had experience with the legal department of Deezer, a French audio streaming platform, and then worked for five years at the firm Varet Près Killy (which became Valther), dedicated to intangible, digital and sport.

When she is not working, you can find Clara in a concert hall, sitting at a table at Ajar, the restaurant co-founded by Sophie-Marie Larrouy or at a pilates fusion class.
